Judy Harnish, Business Manager
Judy has been with Mintier Harnish since it began in 1985. As Business Manager she supervises the administrative staff and oversees daily operations. She handles all accounting and financial duties for the firm. She is also the final editor of planning reports and documents. Her previous experience includes various administrative positions in commercial real estate and executive suite companies.
Alicia Livingston, Office Manager
Alicia’s role at Mintier Harnish includes project billing and maintenance, contract review, budget analysis, and human resources. She has over ten years of administrative experience, including positions as a Customer Service Specialist at a major distribution company and Lead Administrative Assistant for the California Department of Forestry. She also served eight years in the Air Force and Army as a military police officer. Alicia has an AA from Palo Verde Community College and is currently attending the University of Phoenix.
Ryan Lester, Research/Office Assistant
Ryan works in a number of roles at Mintier Harnish. As a member of the administrative staff, he provides team support, while managing inventory, shipping, printing and binding, and daily office upkeep. Serving as project support for the planning staff, he assists with general research, graphic design, and document preparation. Ryan has seven years experience working in a variety of office roles. Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in U.S. Social and Cultural History from California State University, Sacramento, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in U.S. History from the same institution.
